Getting up and running on iCandy is but 3 steps away...

Step 1: Register!

  • A unique id is created for you when you register; Your ID is embedded in your QR codes so you can track their effectiveness - like number of scans, where they were scanned, dates, etc.

Step 2: Click thru on Confirmation Email

  • Your software configuration code (required) will be emailed to you once you've registered on this site. (This is to verify that you really intended to register on the site and someone else isn't impersonating you.)

  • You'll receive a second email - it will have the configuration code for your software

Step 3: Download

  • Select the right client for your computer - Mac or PC. Copy and paste the configuration code when prompted in the install process.
